But let me tell you the real story. I' ve bought steak knives many times and they've gotten dull fast, been hard to sharpen and won't hold an edge. These knives are really sharp and after more than two years with lots of use, I finally sharpened my own set.
So they're a great Kouba item to own and display, but they're also functional.
